Put an end to the problem of corrosion: the process pipeline is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic lined with silicon carbide, the valves are all lined with fluorine, the desulfurization tower is lined with glass flakes, and the resin is of domestic famous brands, so as to ensure the engineering quality and prevent scouring and corrosion.
11. Anti blocking of key parts: regular flushing shall be set at the easily blocked parts, and DCS system shall be automatically controlled to avoid blocking caused by crystallization in high concentration solution, such as reflux pipe of concentration section, inlet and outlet of crystallization pump, etc.
